Terms and conditions

Please make sure you read and understand Inhouse Trade Centre Pty Ltd terms and conditions prior to any purchase or payment to us.

All purchases and payments to us constitute an agreement that the buyer/owner will adhere to all terms and conditions as set out on this page.

By purchasing or sending payment to us you are entering into a legal agreement with Inhouse Trade Centre Pty Ltd, whereupon you are agreeing to all terms and conditions of sale as set out by Inhouse Trade Centre Pty Ltd (Inhouse Trade Centre).

QUOTE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Upon receiving a quote from Inhouse Trade Centre, the below terms and conditions apply:

  1. The prices on the quote are valid for 30 days, after which they may be subject to change.
  2. All prices quoted are subject to the applicable goods and services tax (GST) at the time of supply.
  3. Prices offered are on the basis of the total package of product being supplied and any variation to quantity, or product deletion, may require re-quoting.
  4. Prices on certain products are subject to increase if the delivery location is outside metro areas.
  5. By accepting the quote, you acknowledge the terms and conditions listed on this page. You also acknowledge that the selection of goods are as requested by you and are suitable for your purposes.
    Please note: Items that Inhouse Trade Centre cannot return to the manufacturer cannot be returned to Inhouse Trade Centre. Inhouse Trade Centre may only authorise the return of items to the supplier after manufacturer inspects and approval is obtained.
  6. Product returns may be subject to a restocking fee up to 30%, and 50% for special custom orders.
  7. Prior to ordering, Inhouse Trade Centre requires your indicative delivery schedule. If storage is required please advise as costs may be incurred.
  8. A signed manufacturer custom order form may be required with your purchase order for all non-standard items ordered by Inhouse Trade Centre on your behalf.
  9. Our quotations are protected by copyright laws. Reproduction and distribution of this quotation without written permission from Inhouse Trade Centre is prohibited.

If you’d like to order the items included in the quote please advise us via phone or email. To order products we require a minimum of 30% deposit for standard items, and 50% deposit for special custom items. Payment of the deposit indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Full payment must be made prior to pick up or delivery of items.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept the following payment methods, under certain conditions:

  • Cash
  • Bank deposit
  • EFTPOS
  • BPAY
  • Cheques

CASH

Please phone us at 07 3812 0925 if you will be paying cash so we can ensure security and ease of your transaction. Do not send cash through the mail, or leave it unattended in our showroom.

BANK DEPOSIT

Payments that are made by bank deposit will take a few days to clear and we will receipt your payment once the funds have cleared.

EFTPOS

EFTPOS facilities are available in our showroom. We only accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards. Over the phone credit card payments can only be made for tax invoices up to $2000 (inc GST). Tax invoices over this amount can be paid in person at our showroom.

BPAY

Our BPAY biller code is 869479. Please refer to your tax invoice for a payment reference number or contact us if you don't have one. Contact your bank or financial institution to make a telephone or internet banking payment from your cheque, savings, debit, credit card or transaction account. More information is available at www.bpay.com.au.

CHEQUES

Cheques must be cleared in our bank account before we can release products in to your possession.

DELIVERY FEES

The following delivery charges will apply (prices include GST):

  • Small items (tapware, accessories, basins, etc) limited to 20kg per delivery - $25.00
  • Large items (vanities, toilets, etc) limited to 50kg per delivery, and tiles (up to 10m2 per delivery) - $100.00
  • Tiles (up to 35m2 per delivery) - $125.00

    Delivery postcode 4303 - 4304

    • Small items (tapware, accessories, basins, etc) limited to 20kg per delivery - $45.00
    • Large items (vanities, toilets, etc) limited to 50kg per delivery, and tiles (up to 10m2 per delivery) - $100.00
    • Tiles (up to 35m2 per delivery) - $125.00

       Delivery postcode 4306

      • Small items (tapware, accessories, basins, etc) limited to 20kg per delivery - $65.00
      • Large items (vanities, toilets, etc) limited to 50kg per delivery, and tiles (up to 10m2 per delivery) - $125.00
      • Tiles (up to 35m2 per delivery) - $150.00

        REFUNDS AND RETURNS

        If you are not 100% happy with the product you have purchased and received, please contact us within 7 days to notify your intention to return the goods.

        Inhouse Trade Centre reserves the right to charge up to a 50% re-stocking fee of the cost of the goods to be returned (not including freight). Some products will attract a lower re-stocking fee, but this is dependent on the manufacturer’s trading terms and is at our discretion.

        Freight arrangement and cost will be the customers' responsibility.

        Please note, goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

        We will accept all returns in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Returns will only be accepted with proof of purchase.

        There is a 30 days limitation on all credits. Credits will not be issued for goods returned without proof of purchase.

        All goods sold are subject to the applicable manufacturer’s warranty, guarantee and trading terms (if any). If goods are deemed faulty following confirmation by the manufacturer you may replace them free of charge, or apply for a full refund.

        All our items are checked for damage and missing parts prior to delivery. They are sent out in good and brand new condition (unless they are marked as a clearance or an ex-display item). It is important to thoroughly check your goods upon delivery and to notify Inhouse Trade Centre within 24 hours of receiving the order if there is any damage or faults. Evidence of damage will be required, for example, photographs.

        Any claims for credits must be made in writing to Inhouse Trade Centre within 5 business days of date of delivery, otherwise the customer is deemed to have accepted the goods and liability for the goods.

        If goods remain boxed and in perfect condition you may return them within 14 days for a full refund* provided that the manufacturer does not surcharge Inhouse Trade Centre. The cost of return delivery will be incurred by the customer.

        *Does not include custom made or special orders.

        All boxed items will incur a 25% restocking charge if returned after 14 days and the cost of return delivery will be incurred by the customer.

        All products that are unboxed will incur a 30% restocking charge and the cost of return delivery will be incurred by the customer.

        There are no returns or refunds available on custom made products. This excludes items that are defective or have a manufacturers fault.

        If an item that is ordered is a special order that Inhouse Trade Centre does not usually stock there will be up to a 50% restocking charge to return the goods provided that the supplier will accept the return. This excludes items that are defective or have a manufacturers fault.

        You as the customer have a duty of care for the product whilst it is in your possession. If products are damaged by you no refund will be made.

        All refunds will be issued when goods have arrived back to Inhouse Trade Centre showroom and have been inspected by a member of our team. Refunds will be made by the same method used for the purchase.

        If an item has been installed or used and you would like a refund please contact us before removing the item as it should be inspected in the installed state to ascertain whether the warranty is to be actioned.

        If an item is installed when it is faulty the original warranty applies (for example, if the warranty is replacement only Inhouse Trade Centre will provide a replacement product but will not pay for associated labour costs). 

        WARRANTY

        All products sold by Inhouse Trade Centre are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. Please refer to the individual product information for more information.

        It is a condition of our warranties that all products sold by Inhouse Trade Centre are installed by a qualified and licensed plumber or tradesperson.
